American-Chilean-Colombian Artist/Singer/Songwriter/Composer

Growing up as a dancer and multi-instrumentalist in a household and neighborhood that embraced all cultures and genres of music, DRAD3's inclination to compose, write, sing, co-produce her music and co-direct her videos, based on real-life experiences, arose from her hope of connecting with others to bring about reflection, coping, and healing for all as other artists have done for her.

DRAD3's artist name is derived from her last name [ANDRADE]. Her producers started calling her DRADE in the studio and so her artist name was born.

Attention to aesthetics is a primary component of DRAD3’s works, engaging the senses through colors and moods, knowing that music is meant to be heard, felt, and seen by artists and listeners alike. In the words of French philosopher Victor Cousin, DRAD3 creates, “L’art pour l’art.”

DRAD3’s first single, Imagínate, sets the tone for the start of her upcoming EP [Love Type] - fun, flirty, and provocative. The track sets DRAD3's listeners into imagining what a night out with their crush would be like, even if only for a night.

Si Tú Fueras, DRAD3's second single, contrastingly paints a picture of love lost and lost love- in other words, missed connections. The track evokes a sense of nostalgia and longing for a love known, lost, and unexplored.

Falling In2 Deep, the last single off of DRAD3's Love Type EP is a self-reflection piece that focuses on duality and acceptance of one's self. She explores the theme of inner childhood wounds, co-dependency, and breaking free from attachment by embracing and delving into her artistic persona.

Neon Lights features DRAD3'S vocals on the hook. Exudes NYC nights vibes and playfulness in a dynamic between two individuals that is unspoken but magnetic.

DRAD3: LOVE TYPE EP

DRAD3's upcoming Love Type EP is a bilingual (English & Spanish language) musical and visual concept project that explores the themes of fantasy, fascination, idealization, love, experience, and loss. DRAD3 collaborated with Brooklyn-based production team AUDIOS, Mexican director Yal Kalel, and Mexican graphic designer Rxxjvs (having worked with Bebe Rexha) to bring her ideas to life. Her primary influences for the specific sounds in this work include the following genres: Alternative/Indie, Jazz, Latin, Lo-fi, R&B/Soul.

Utilizing her personal experiences, DRAD3 composes music and writes lyrics in a manner that explores the idea of love-- juxtaposing the concepts of reality and fantasy to examine the role romanticism plays across her relationships and development.

In her latest single, Si Tú Fueras, it is discovered that self-love is the key to unanswered dreams and love. Its ambient/chill vibes makes it the perfect end of summer track for those who have ended a summer fling, broken up with their significant other, been crushing on someone secretly, or those who are simply taking the time to love themselves.
